TERMS OF SERVICE
- Unless specified before payment, all commissions are for personal use ONLY. In addition, I reserve publishing rights (e.g. posting on my social medias and in my portfolio) unless requested otherwise.- If posting a commission, please credit me in the caption of the post.- Commercial usage rights must be discussed with me before the first half of payment is exchanged.- Commercial usage rights are an additional 75% of the work's original price- Editing or modification of my work is not allowed.- Before approaching me for a commission, please ensure all references are gathered and available for me to view (mood boards and MS paint scribbles are welcome!)- 50% of asking price is required upon commissioning and the remaining 50% will be paid upon completion. Payment is through Kofi.- Turnaround times will start at a minimum of two months. Please allow for flexibility as I may have more than one order or various life circumstances. Rush orders will have an additional 15% fee.- All prices listed are approximate and subject to change.- The client is allowed two (2) major revisions during the sketch stage before additional charges.- A commission is only eligible for a refund before the sketch stage is completed (i.e the client and I have both decided that the sketch is adequate enough to move on to a color or render stage). Sketch/lineart commissions are not eligible for refunds.- Final works will be delivered via a Google Drive link.- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason- I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY WORK BEING USED FOR AI OR NFTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
